All Flainer products you purchase will remain Flainer's responsibility until the products are delivered to you. All deliveries require a signature, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you.

All delivery companies provide tracking information to our customers once the package is shipped. Deliveries will be made during business hours, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

DELIVERY TIMES AFTER YOUR PRODUCTS ARE DELIVERED TO CARGO

Within TR – 1-3 business days

Within EU – 1-5 business days

Outside EU - 1-7 business days

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Flainer offers free shipping on all international orders of $100 or more. Since our products are made to order, our estimated delivery time is 5-15 business days. We want you to know that we are doing our best to minimize this time. We carry out our international shipments via Fedex.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties depending on the destination. Any customs duties or import taxes that may occur on shipments to international addresses are the responsibility of the customer, and Flainer cannot be held responsible for any of these costs.

For Russia shipments;

Flainer works with CDEK for shipments to Russia. Please note that there is a customs exemption for shipments to Russia up to 200 Euros. However, for products priced over 200 Euros, customs fees upon product delivery belong to the customer. Customs fees will be notified to the customer before the order is shipped.

Although this process may vary depending on flights to Russia, keep in mind that it may take at least 2-3 weeks for your product to arrive after it is shipped.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

The total cost of your order does not include local sales taxes, import duties and shipping charges. If your product is subject to a charge, Fedex will contact the customer directly via email or phone to arrange payment of the required amount. Flainer has no control over and cannot predict such costs.

Please note that this may delay delivery time, as goods held in customs can only be released after local authorities pay the necessary fees.

LOCAL ORDERS

Flainer offers free shipping on all domestic orders of 750 TL and above. Since our products are made to order, our estimated delivery time is 1-10 business days. We carry out our domestic shipments with Yurtiçi Kargo and Sendeo.
