If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, you can ship them to us within 7 days from the date they were delivered to you.

For international orders, round-trip shipping costs belong to our customers.

Please return your items to our warehouse to the address listed below using any prepaid and trackable returns method. After you send your return, do not forget to share your tracking number with us via our e-mail address [email protected].

Don't forget to include your order number and name inside your package for reference.

If you want to change your product, we kindly ask you to return it and place a new order. All applicable customs, import taxes, duties, and other fees and charges are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping and customs costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping and customs fees will be deducted from your refund.

The labels of the products to be returned must not be removed and the product must not lose its purchasable nature.

Returns of washed, used or damaged products are not accepted.

Returns of products belonging to the accessory category are not accepted for hygiene reasons.

In line with the information we provided above; It may take up to 14 business days for the products you sent for return to reach us. Your return cargo; After being reviewed by our quality control department, your refund will be initiated if it meets the return conditions. Your refund will be delivered to you within 1-14 business days (deducting the shipping fee), depending on your bank.

For payments made in installments by credit card; The entire price of the product you purchased in installments will be refunded to your credit card, but the refund amount made to your credit card by your bank will be reflected on your card in installments.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, you can ship them to us within 14 days from the date they were delivered to you.

After delivering your return to the cargo company, please send your order and cargo tracking number to our e-mail address [email protected].

The shipping responsibility for returns belongs to the customer, and all shipping costs for returns belong to the customer.

For returns, your money will be refunded by deducting the standard shipping fee of 80 TL.

After the product is received by us, the refund of the orders whose return is approved will be returned to you with the original payment method within 1-5 business days. The time it takes for your refund to appear on your statement is 1-10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank, refunds may take longer to appear in your account. If there is a delay in your refund being reflected on your credit/debit card, you can get detailed information from your bank. In accordance with bank practices, refunds of transactions made in installments are made in the same installments.

If you send your return with any cargo company, you are responsible for the products damaged or lost in the return cargo. Please ensure that all return packages are sent via a trackable, insured service and that the items are well packaged.

Orders returned to us without return authorization may experience delays in processing. Flainer reserves the right to refuse to return products that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified by email.
